I've always contributed my Photography services to family as a gift as I know the overwhelming expense it can have on any couple getting married. In fact apart from the reception venue and catering services, a Photographer is a must at the top of the list. Its your photos that tell the story of your special day, photos of love, photos of good memories, photos of union, photos that tell you it was all worth it. My grandmother who was a strong advocate of Family portraits said to me once, that photos tell a story, a story of good memories and memories that should be treasured.
